Policies

New Patients:

Please arrive 30 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork which includes a thorough health history. If you prefer, you can print the forms and fill them out in advance to save time.

24 hour Cancellation Policy : If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please remember to give us a minimum of 24 hour notice, cancellation must be during business hours, to avoid the cancellation fee charge.

Payment Methods:

Full payment is due at the time of service. Payments by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

Insurance:

We are not participating providers with any insurance companies at this time. At your request, we can provide you with an insurance reimbursement form that we can fill it out at the end of the service.

Confidentiality:

Patient confidentiality will be strictly maintained at all times as required by law.

Does the insurance cover?

Unfortunately, the insurance companies don't cover Homeopathic treatments.
