We currently accept major insurance plans that offer acupuncture coverage out of network benefits.  
We will gladly check your insurance coverage for you.
You are responsible for your deductible, your co-pay and co-insurance amount.
Payment is due when services are rendered .

Please note: Acupuncture is usually covered but we strongly urge you to confirm your coverage with your health insurance carrier prior to treatment to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
